HOUSE OF BEAUTIFUL BUSINESS & DELOITTE
We supported Deloitte’s employee event for our client House of Beautiful Business with our team here in Berlin. This fabulous event took place at two of Berlin’s most impressive venues: Funkhaus Berlin and Kraftwerk Berlin.
OUR SERVICES
For this event, we provided a highly qualified team of 14 people per day to ensure everything ran smoothly. Our services included:
Staff Provision: We ensured the right number of experienced and professional personnel were available. This team of 14 consisted of hostesses, helping hands, and a project manager.
Monitoring & Project Management: Our project manager was always on-site to coordinate and facilitate communication between the various teams and their activities.
Hostesses: Our friendly and competent hostesses assisted with check-in and accreditation, welcoming approximately 4,000 guests.
Porters: Our diligent porters assisted guests upon arrival and coordinated their luggage.
Helping Hands: Our versatile team was on hand to provide flexible support as needed, taking on ad-hoc tasks for setup and interim changes.
GOAL OF THE EVENT
The aim of this employee event was to bring Deloitte employees together for their Hand On Meeting in an inspiring environment and to participate in exciting workshops, seminars & presentations. We are delighted that we were able to play a part in making the event a complete success through our comprehensive support.
SUMMARY
