Every year, the IFA in Berlin becomes a highlight for technology enthusiasts from all over the world. Unforgettable People & Event GmbH has already had the special pleasure of looking after Sony’s VIP guests at the IFA several times. From arrival to departure, our professional team made sure that every moment was unforgettable for the guests.
For this project, we offered a comprehensive service that covered the following core areas:
SHUTTLE COORDINATION
Our VIP guests were looked after in branded VIP vans from the moment they arrived at the airport until their departure. The shuttle coordination was designed to combine comfort and style so that guests could always get to their destinations on time and relaxed.
PROJECT LEADERSHIP AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We took care of the guests’ accommodation by making carefully selected hotel bookings. The hotels offered first-class service and luxury that met the high demands of the VIPs.
In addition to attending the IFA, we ensured that the guests were able to experience the best of Berlin. The culinary highlights were set in the city’s trendy restaurants. But we also organized a varied programme of activities away from the gastronomic delights:
Hot Rod Tour through Berlin: for those who wanted to discover Berlin in an unconventional and exciting way, we organized a tour with hot rods. These little speedsters offered a unique driving experience and a special view of the city.
Sporting activities: For sports enthusiasts, we offered an exclusive sports session above the rooftops of Ku’damm. On a rooftop with a running track, they were able to pursue their sporting ambitions with a personal trainer while enjoying the breathtaking view.
HOSTESSES
Our team was always on hand to ensure that every aspect of the guest experience ran smoothly. From airport pick-up to coordinating daily activities and assisting with departure, we made sure Sony’s VIP guests were able to focus on the experience.
