KANTAR PROMOTION AT THE EURO FINAL IN BERLIN
We are excited to share details about another thrilling and dynamic project we executed for Kantar on July 14, 2024, during the Euro Final in Berlin. Amid the electrifying atmosphere in front of the Olympic Stadium, we carried out a targeted promotional campaign aimed at encouraging visitors to participate in a market research study.
OUR RESPONSIBILITIES
For this project, we not only provided the necessary personnel but also conducted comprehensive training for our promoters. Our goal was to effectively engage the visitors of the Euro Final and encourage them to participate in a market research study.
PROCESS OF THE PROMOTION
Our 11 promoters and one team leader distributed a total of 15,000 flyers to visitors to the European Championship final. The flyers contained information about Kantar’s market research and enticed participants with an attractive incentive: a GoGift voucher after successful participation.
Thanks to their friendly and professional manner, our promoters were able to arouse the interest of the visitors and achieve a high participation rate in the market research. The team leader coordinated the campaign on site and ensured that everything ran smoothly.
LOGISTICS AND EXECUTION
Unforgettable People took care of the entire logistics of the campaign. From the transportation of flyers and materials to the coordination and training of the promotion team, we ensured that every aspect of the campaign was perfectly prepared. Our promoters underwent intensive training to ensure they could effectively engage visitors and motivate them to participate.
SUMMARY
The promotional campaign was a complete success. Thanks to the careful planning and professional implementation by our team, we were able to help Kantar collect valuable data for their market research and at the same time offer added value to visitors to the European Championship final.
